Whether called Hangman or El Ahorcado the game is played identically.

Interestingly, though, el ahorcado is not the hangman, but the hanged man. Now, this makes perfect sense to me, since you can play the game from here to eternity and never once see the hangman.

Whether you call it “Word Search” or “Sopa de letras” (letter soup), this game is fun to play, although it is not easy. I, for one, am glad this game is not timed! Have fun with it!
